Just do it!!
Although we didn’t see any dolphins or manatees on our trip, it was still a great trip. Kayaking through the mangroves as an experience you should not miss. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Jess was a great guide, very knowledgeable and helpful. She even towed a large man who couldn’t paddle on his own!

Amazing experience and better guide.. Everyone should explore the mangrove tunnels. Even when a kid threw a jellyfish at her she kept her cool. Jessica, is ver knowledgeable about sea life. It was a great way to start the New Year!! I highly recommend going on tour with her.

Amazing Tour, Small Groups, Great Guide
We had small group, about 15 ppl, different ages. Started at 9:30 am, our guide was Ian, very knowledgeable and fun person. Highly recommended. Mangrove tunnels was definitely a highlight of the trip. We were also lucky to see manatee.

My dad and I rented a tandem kayak for the afternoon. Ian and Jessica were amazing. They explained everything and gave us a map (they have tours too but we wanted to explore on our own). We explored the mangroves and around otter key. It was beautiful. We saw tons of jellyfish, birds, starfish, etc (we didn't see dolphins but I heard they were near the canal). The kayaks were extremely comfortable too. This was the first time I wasn't sore after kayaking and we were out for over 3 hours!

Went with Ian yesterday. Great time going through the mangrove tunnels. Ian was great, my wife had a bit of trouble steering the kayak and Ian took them undertow. Ian was very professional and informative about the area, the marine life and how to get to Tom Cruise's house! Highly recommended, the best two hours you can have!

What a wonderful experience. We had a wonderful manatee experience. Unfortunately the dolphins weren't cooperative, however Ian our guide was absolutely amazing. The mangrove tunnels were delightful. Lastly they're military discount friendly.

I booked a tandem kayak guided tour w/ my 7 year old Autistic son. Our guide, Ian was wonderfully kind and knowledgeable. We saw tons of little crabs, horseshoe crabs, manatees, starfish, and various birds. I will most definitely book with Sea life Kayak rentals again.
